| Description |
In this course you will gain the knowledge and skills to manage, guide, facilitate and monitor the learning process to provide meaningful learning experiences. The focus will be on coaching and mentoring in a one-to-one relationship and on using work effectively as a learning process.
You will be assessed online by submitting assignments by email and audio in a simulated training environment, and in a practical workplace situation. You must have reliable email access, be prepared to regularly interact with your tutor and be competent to send and receive attachments.
You will receive a user name and password to enter your online course as soon as your enrolment is processed. During your study contact with your trainer is by phone and email. The expected completion time for this course is 12 weeks. There are 3 units in this course. |
