Introducing DLA
Study at your own pace with unlimited support from our highly qualified and experienced trainers and assessors.
DLA began operation in 2000 with one online course, the Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training (now the TAA).
Since then the business has grown at a steady pace. We can now offer our clients courses that range from a full Certificate II through to a Diploma in Business Services, as well as in Community Services.
A lot has changed in 7 years, but the philosophy of education should remain constant. Any learning program is first and foremost about people. People who study, those who do the training and assessing of accredited courses, those who take enrolments and give advice, those who look after quality systems and those IT professionals who make the online systems work efficiently.
People change, develop and grow, just as DLA has done. A kaizen approach to continuous improvement leads to happy clients and makes good business sense. We will grow with you.
And courses change too. The quality rules to which RTOs must adhere are constantly being updated, and student's requirements vary over time. DLA strives to make its courses flexible and responsive to these changing demands. The courses and the technology supporting them are dynamic and constantly improving, without compromising the accreditation standards defined by the Australian government.
